FAQ
What counts as a credit?
One search uses one credit. Talking with VETAI about a search is free, and follow-up questions within a conversation are free. Starting a conversation with VETAI from scratch, without a search behind it, uses one credit for the whole conversation. Opening a page, reading sources, and browsing your history are free.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset on the first of every month and do not roll over. Credit pack credits stack on top of your monthly allowance and are used after your monthly credits run out. Pack credits stay on your account for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge a prorated difference for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades apply on your next billing date so you keep the higher tier through the period you already paid for. Manage everything from the billing portal.
Refund policy
If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not issue refunds for partial months or unused credits. If you were charged in error, contact support and we will make it right.
